So true, the saying of you don't know what you've got til it's gone. I think Poison said it best actually.
But, the point of this post is that I finally got my pork salad. It was so freaking fantastic. I'm going every day this week and I am able because my good friend Liz sent me what else - a Cafe Rio gift card!

I was just re-reading some of the old postings and looking back at pictures, and I'm afraid I have to correct you on something I missed the first time around. I believe it was Cinderella, not Poison, who said it best when they said "don't know what you've got till it's gone."
